The Effects of Proper Sleep

When people think about proper health they often overlook one of the most important aspects of proper health. Proper sleep! Yes all those times your parents told you that you needed your sleep they were telling the truth. Without proper sleep the brain cannot function correctly. A lack of sleep will affect your concentration as well as impair many other abilities. For this reason it is very unsafe to drive if you are drowsy or have been missing sleep lately.
